Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using KhiruAi (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Khiru Technologies, a business entity based in Chandwara, Koderma, Jharkhand — 825409, India.

KhiruAi is an AI-powered accounting assistant that integrates with TallyPrime and WhatsApp to automate bookkeeping tasks for Indian small and medium businesses. The Service includes:

• A Windows desktop application ("KhiruAi App").
• A WhatsApp-based command interface.
• Bank statement processing and Tally sync features.

You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate business in India to use KhiruAi. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update it when necessary.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian laws, including the Income Tax Act, GST regulations, or any other financial regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to process data belonging to someone else without their explicit consent.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that disrupts the Service.

Access to KhiruAi is provided on a subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are displayed on our website. Subscription fees are charged monthly and are due at the start of each billing cycle.

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

All software, design, trademarks, logos, and content related to KhiruAi are the exclusive property of Khiru Technologies. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over the Service or its underlying technology.

Your business data remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

KhiruAi is an assistive tool and does not replace the advice of a qualified Chartered Accountant or tax professional. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all accounting entries and filings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khiru Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Koderma, Jharkhand, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
