Refund Policy

All payments made to Khiru Technologies for access to KhiruAi are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly subscriptions, annual plans, and any one-time fees.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this refund policy and that no refund will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been processed.

KhiruAi offers a 7-day free trial for all new users. During this period, you can explore the full feature set of the application at no cost and with no payment required.

We encourage all prospective customers to thoroughly evaluate the product during the trial window. Once the trial ends and a subscription is activated, the no-refund policy applies.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at kumartrad02@gmail.com.

Upon cancellation:

• Your access to KhiruAi will continue until the end of the current billing period already paid for.
• Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
• No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of a billing period.

We do not make exceptions to this policy. The following situations are explicitly not eligible for refunds:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Failure to cancel before a renewal date.
• Partial usage of a subscription period.
• Technical issues experienced on your device or network that are outside our control.
• Incompatibility with your version of TallyPrime that was not disclosed to us before purchase.

If you experience a critical service outage or data loss caused directly by our platform, please contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer when this policy applies is a breach of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend your account immediately upon receiving notice of such a dispute.

If you believe there has been an error in billing — such as a duplicate charge — please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date and we will investigate promptly.
